Everyone has to present something, sometime. You could be sharing a business idea to get funding or resources for a pilot. You could be part of a sales team bidding for a multi-million project. You might be presenting in person or, perhaps, increasingly, doing it online using platforms such as Zoom and Teams.
For our more experienced presenters – those who may have to deliver at a conference, corporate event, or go live on TV and national radio – we have a host of tailored offerings. You’ll learn how to speak like a news anchor with the confidence to engage with thousands of people.
For some of you, presenting is more about sharing an idea, speaking up at a meeting, briefing colleagues, clients and stakeholders. You still have to present using slides and other supporting materials. You may get very nervous and struggle to get your point across. It may not be a huge part of your role, but it has big impact on your career and how you are seen.
Or you could be on a graduate programme, fast-tracking from team to team, required to present to senior management or to professional bodies what you’ve learned and how you’ll apply it.
